PROJECT OVERVIEW
Standard Bank Gallery in Johannesburg is home to the most comprehensive African Art collection on the continent. The gallery has hosted major exhibitions of European modernists such as Picasso, Chagall and Miro.
I worked with the team at Mann Made to create a digital twin of the gallery, and develop a social virtual precinct for art lovers to connect and enjoy supplementary content.
The project included the installation of a major retrospective for internationally acclaimed photographer, Roger Ballen.
A 3D menu allows the user to explore the virtual precinct.
